Deployment

On-premise inventory.Your infrastructure, your control.

Hovera is customer-hosted inventory planning and replenishment software. Run it on your organisation’s Linux servers and give your team browser access on the network you control.

Customer-hosted by design

Hovera is installed on infrastructure your organisation controls, in a data centre or field location. It is not presented as a hosted cloud service. Your team uses a browser to reach the application through the organisation’s network.

Keep ownership close to operations

The operational record stays under your control. Hovera supports spreadsheet import and export, and an interface for connecting other systems. Access can be organised by role and location so teams see the network relevant to their responsibility.

Prepare the right starting point

An implementation conversation should establish the locations, item data, access responsibilities and existing stock records that matter to your operation. Opening balances and historical usage can be reviewed through a dry run before being written.

  • Confirm the infrastructure and organisational network available to users.
  • Prepare item lists, storage areas and opening balances for validation.
  • Agree the people responsible for access, review and day-to-day ownership.

Separate hosting from offline operation

Customer-hosted does not automatically mean every device can transact while disconnected. Hovera can operate without public internet access on an organisation’s network; see the offline explanation for the exact boundary between local operation, saved drafts and submission.
