Rehearse the disruption.Keep the real day moving.
Explore a surge in demand, a delayed route, a stock loss or an unavailable warehouse. See how your supply picture changes before making a real operational decision.
What changes if…
Daily use rises from 100 to 150 units. The 5-day target is illustrative.
Ask the uncomfortable questions early.
Combine realistic disruptions in one rehearsal. Give the team room to explore consequences while the operational picture stays intact.
Demand changes
Rehearse a rise or fall in usage at selected locations, such as seasonal demand for a fast-moving product.
Supply and route disruptions
Make a location unavailable or add a route delay. Explore what happens when a warehouse cannot send or receive, or a delivery takes longer.
A change in available stock
Model a stock loss at a location and combine it with other changes to understand the effects across the network.
See what changes. Understand what it means.
Compare the rehearsal with today's plan instead of trying to remember the original position. Scenario views remain visibly labelled as separate from live data.
A useful comparison
See which items become critical, which run out earlier, and what additional replenishment the scenario would require.
Keep the geography in view
A clearly bannered scenario map shows the network under the hypothetical conditions.
Keep the rehearsal
Save scenarios with their latest results, ready to revisit before a peak season or a planned operational change.
A rehearsal can inform a real next move.
Exploring a scenario does not create a live order. Turning preparation into action is a separate, explicit decision.
Confirm the action
After an explicit confirmation, selected scenario proposals can become real orders to pre-position stock.
Check today's reality
Those orders are checked against current real stock before they are created. The hypothetical stock picture does not become a promise of availability.
Keep the human in control
The planner chooses whether to act on the rehearsal. Operational order and approval rules continue to apply.
Prepare for the road that might close.
A regional team expects a route disruption during a busy trading period.
Rehearse
Apply a delay to the affected route and explore a rise in demand at the same time.
Compare
Find the stores whose cover becomes critical and the stock they would need.
Prepare
Choose whether to pre-position supplies, with explicit confirmation and a check against real stock.
The team can prepare with a clear separation between a hypothetical plan and an actual order.
A closer look.
A few useful details before your next move.
Will running a scenario change our stock?
No. A rehearsal is separate from operational data. Scenario views are labelled so hypothetical conditions cannot be mistaken for the live plan.
Can we model several disruptions together?
Yes. Demand changes, location unavailability, route delays and stock losses can be combined in the same scenario.
Can a scenario create real orders?
Only after an explicit confirmation. Selected proposals are checked against today's real stock before they become operational orders.
