Capture once. Put it to work everywhere.

A busy warehouse needs a fast way to record reality. Scan-first workflows keep the stock picture connected to the work on the floor.

The everyday movements

Receive, issue, return, transfer, adjust and write off stock. Track items issued for use separately from items placed in someone's custody.

A place for every item

Identify storage areas, items, lots and serials with barcodes. Quarantine areas keep suspect stock out of the usable balance until it is cleared.

A practical starting point

Import item lists, storage areas and opening balances from spreadsheets. A dry run highlights problem rows before anything is written.

Follow the stock. All the way back.

A quantity is only part of the picture. Hovera connects what you hold with where it came from, where it went, and what happened along the way.

Lots, serials and expiry

Track batches, individual serial numbers and expiry dates. First-expiring-first handling helps teams choose stock in the right order.

History that stays history

Every movement records who, what, when, where and why. Corrections create new entries instead of silently rewriting the original record.

Find the right reference

Use identifiers such as GTIN and manufacturer part numbers. Open a serial's history to follow its journey between locations and people.

Control without losing the flow.

The same record supports daily work, stock counts and accountability. Teams can investigate a difference without losing sight of the original movement.

Separate request and approval

Sensitive operations can require a second person. The person requesting an operation cannot approve it themselves.

Counts with a clear outcome

Run stock counts, including blind counts. The area is frozen while it is counted, and differences follow the same approval rules.

Exceptions worth your attention

Find reorder alerts, approaching expiry, stock-count differences and overdue shipments in the location's inbox. Daily balance checks flag discrepancies.

A delivery arrives. The whole picture improves.

A warehouse receives a new batch of daily essentials with its own lot number and expiry date.

An illustrative workflow

Receive

The storekeeper scans the receipt against the correct storage area and lot.

Record

The movement and its reason become part of the item's history.

Plan

Usable stock becomes available to the forecast and future replenishment proposals.

One operational record supports traceability, availability and planning.

A closer look.

A few useful details before your next move.

Can we track individual items as well as quantities?

Yes. Hovera supports quantity, lot and serial tracking per item. Serial history shows the movements of an individual item, while custody tracking shows items still issued to a person or team.

What happens when somebody makes a correction?

The original ledger entry remains. A correction is recorded as a new entry with its own context, keeping the history available for review.

Does quarantined stock count as available?

Quarantined stock stays out of the usable balance. It is also excluded from stock available for forecasting and replenishment proposals until it is cleared.
