Your servers.

Install on your own Linux infrastructure, in a data centre or a field location. Your team opens Hovera in a browser on the organisation’s network.

Your network.

Operate on isolated networks without an external cloud account. The map is included, so visibility does not depend on an outside map service.

Your data.

Keep ownership of the operational record, with spreadsheet import and export and an interface for connecting other systems.

Access follows
responsibility.

Give each person the view and actions their work requires. Permissions combine roles with locations, so responsibility has a clear operational boundary.

  • Teams see their assigned locations.
  • Sensitive operations can require a second person.
  • Nobody approves their own sensitive request.
  • An auditor can review without changing records.

A record you can
stand behind.

Accountability depends on being able to explain what happened. Hovera records stock changes, sign-ins and exports, with an audit trail the application cannot edit.

Corrections keep their context.

A correction adds a new movement instead of silently changing the old entry. The stock story remains available for investigation.

Review can reach beyond the application.

Audit records can feed your organisation’s security monitoring and be retained according to policy. Access and review stay within the organisation’s requirements.

Designed to support your security review and accreditation process. Accreditation is determined by your organisation’s authority.

Prepare. Install.
Keep moving.

Deployment is part of the operational picture.

Prepare the environment.

Agree the infrastructure, network access, location structure and people responsible for the installation. Review requirements with your own technology and security teams.

Install and verify.

The product provides an offline installation package and a security self-check. Import stock through a dry run before writing opening balances.

Protect the next change.

Built-in encrypted backups and a restore rehearsal support recovery. Upgrades take a backup and can roll back if the upgrade fails.

A closer look.

A few useful details before your next move.

Is Hovera a hosted cloud service?

Hovera runs on the customer's own servers. It can operate on an isolated network without an external cloud account or internet connection.

What do users install on their computers?

Users work in their browser, connected to your organisation’s network. The product adapts to tablets and phones, and the site-reporting page is designed for mobile use.

Does offline mean a phone never needs a network?

No. Offline operation means the installation can run without the public internet. Users still need a connection to the organisation’s network to reach the server and submit information. Report drafts can be kept on the device.

Can we verify backup recovery?

Yes. The product includes encrypted backups and a restore rehearsal that checks a backup without touching live operational data.

Is Hovera certified for our environment?

No certification claim is made here. Hovera is designed to support security review and accreditation. Your authority determines the requirements and the outcome for your deployment.
