We read everything
Your email goes directly to the engineers, not a sales team. We read what you've sent and do some preparation before the call.
Discovery call (30–60 min)
We learn about your product, your timeline, and what you've already tried. This is a conversation, not a pitch. We ask the uncomfortable questions here so they don't come up mid-build.
Scope and proposal
Within a few days of the discovery call, we send you a written scope and a cost estimate. Fixed price for defined work, retainer for ongoing work. No surprises.
Start
Once you're ready, we kick off with a discovery sprint. You see working software within the first two weeks.

How do I start a project with HDTL?
Email us at office@hdtl.in with a brief description of what you're building, your timeline, and your budget range. We'll schedule a discovery call — usually within 2 business days — to understand the scope before proposing anything.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our work is for founders and businesses in India, but we work with international clients as well. We operate on IST and can accommodate overlapping hours with teams in Europe and the Americas.
What information should I prepare for the first call?
A rough idea of what the product should do, who it's for, any existing systems it needs to integrate with, a rough timeline (even just 'as soon as possible' is a valid answer), and a budget range. You don't need a complete specification — that's what discovery is for.
Do you sign NDAs before the first conversation?
Yes, if you need one. Send the NDA to office@hdtl.in before the call and we'll review and return it. We keep discovery conversations confidential regardless.
